The male prostate is a quite small gland which is roughly the the same size as a walnut and is located under the bladder and just in front of the rectum. An important gland, the prostate makes the fluid which helps carry sperm.
A major problem that can and often does arise with the prostate gland is prostate cancer. Prostate cancer is a serious condition that can be expected to strike approximately one man in ten and is the second most common cause of cancer death in men these days.

During my early 40′s I quite suddenly began to experience pain when ejaculating. At first I thought it was a temporary infection but I never returned to normal. After recent medical checks I discovered my prostate had slightly enlarged (though no cancer) so maybe this has led to the pain/lack of any kind of “force” during ejaculation/reduced ejaculate/no orgasm. Now not surprisingly I have much less desire + I can hardly be bothered to have sex. Can I rectify this problem or is it just the ageing process? I do not have any problems achieving an erection .

After my girl and I have sex, I have to constantly urinate. It almost feels like an enlarged prostate because 30 seconds after I pee and feel like I gotta squeeze more out again. After I take about 2 Advil the feeling of constantly having to urinate goes away. It’s been going on for about 3 months now. My diet is very good and I am very healthy to my knowledge, the only change I have made in the last few months is I started taking Centrum the multi-vitamin but I don’t think that really has any relation to this problem. Anyone ever experience something like that?

The healing is ALWAYS done by nature and fresh healthy blood. But, even if the blood is healthy, when it can not reach the prostate gland in sufficient quantity, the prostate can and will from a variety of diseases. The prostate gland is responsible for producing a large percentage of a man’s ejaculate, and it is healthy and desirable to fully drain this fluid regularly.

Hair growth in males is one of the things deeply related to sex and to self-esteem. Men are very proud of their hair, especially when they can keep most of it beyond a certain age. There is something comforting and encouraging in sporting a fine head of hair well into the old age and it may be related to the fact that the body is still producing enough testosterone to keep up the secondary sex characteristics. But if the hairline starts to recede, men are quick to resort to various pills and treatments in order to stop or reverse the process. Unfortunately, these pills have some nasty side effects.
