Avoid sugars at all costs, they are addictive and do nothing for you, they speed up ageing and research shows they ‘feed’ tumors. avoid fried food too and eat brown bread, pasta etc. try following the blood type diet (easy to find online and more of a lifelong plan that a diet) it works well for me and my family, i feel so much healthier when i stick to it.

Ice? Maybe a bath. Anything hot or cold reduces swelling, but I am sure it all depends on the medication you are taking and for what. Good luck with that.

Well, it is possible.

You should see a urologist./ Probably the first thing he will do is have you go for a re-test. If it is still high, he may want to do a biopsy..
It may not be cancer, it might just be an infection, but to be sure…..follow his recommendations.

BPH, even sex can elevate your PSA however a PSA over 10 at your age means you doctor will likely want a biopsy. You need to be followed by a urologist.

I would think at your age more likely BPH or benign prostatic hypertrophy. Or an enlarged prostate, from soe inflammatory proccess .

A good practice is to get a regular PSA and monitor for an deviation in your numbers. Some people have a higher normal than others, but most importantly your numbers should remain pretty consistent. Any rise can be a sign of cancer, or inflammation. There are a few other conditions that present with an increased PSA, but defiantly watch your prostate carefully.
