Mayan massage is the ancient art of abdominal massage. It has been practiced by the Mayan Indians for many centuries. Dr. Rosita Arvigo studied with a Mayan Shaman (Indian doctor) Don Elijio Panti, for 10 years and has developed the Arvigo techniques of Maya massage.
This type of massage is part of a holistic approach to health care. It is meant to help displaced organs like the womb to get them realigned. It also helps to relax muscles to improve blood and lymph flow. Mayan massage will also include other naturalistic forms of health care like: herbology, nutrition, emotional and spiritual healing.

My dad suffers from enlarged prostate and urination issues and all nasal decongestants pills or even inhalants advise not to take them if there are prostate problems. Why? What would happen if he still takes them? I couldn’t find any products that did not state the prostate issue.

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia, more commonly known as enlarged prostate, is a non-cancerous condition in which prostate cells grow, enlarging the gland, and consequently squeezing the urethra. As a result, urinating may become difficult and/or frequent. It is a common enough occurrence that an estimated fifty percent of men over the age of sixty will develop this condition. Even more so, ninety percent of men over the age of 85 will suffer the symptoms. Fortunately, there are numerous avenues of management and treatment for this condition.
First, before you see a urologist, you should have at least an idea of what the symptoms for an enlarged prostate are. There are many websites that provide a free questionnaire to help you determine whether or not you might need to take the next step and find a urologist. Here are a few, possible examples: Are you urinating more frequently? Do you have a week urine flow? When you are finished do you still feel the need to urinate? Do you limit your daily activities to stay near a restroom? Are you losing sleep for frequent urinating at night?

After my girl and I have sex, I have to constantly urinate. It almost feels like an enlarged prostate because 30 seconds after I pee and feel like I gotta squeeze more out again. After I take about 2 Advil the feeling of constantly having to urinate goes away. It’s been going on for about 3 months now. My diet is very good and I am very healthy to my knowledge, the only change I have made in the last few months is I started taking Centrum the multi-vitamin but I don’t think that really has any relation to this problem. Anyone ever experience something like that?

In case you are unfamiliar of what the prostate is, it is a gland within the male reproductive system which is located right underneath the bladder and right in front of the rectum. When you have a health prostate, it is similar to the size of a walnut. In the event that the prostate enlarges, it will squeeze the urethra and it will either slow or completely stop the urine from making its way from the bladder to its final destination, the penis. Within this article, we are going to discuss prostate cancer so that you may be better aware of what this cancer entails.
The very first thing that you should know is that all prostate enlargements aren’t cancer. In all actuality, there can be many causes of prostate enlargement other than cancer. For instance, benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH is used to describe a condition where there is abnormal growth of the benign cells which is noncancerous. Within this condition, the prostate enlarges and as a result it squeezes the urethra, which prevents the normal urine flow.
